Newbie

I feel like Todd Anderson (Ethan Hawke) in Dead Poets Society. He was so afraid to express himself because of what other people would think. At the same time, I've always wanted to write. However, wanting to write and actually writing are two different things. This blog will be my effort to do so on a regular basis.

This may be one of the shortest introductory blog entries ever, but here is where I will end it. My excuse is rather mundane. I created my account on a whim while dinking around on the Internet, but now it's late and I need to get up for work in the morning. That is difficult for me even when I get 7 or 8 hours of sleep, and for tomorrow my goal is to get up at 5:30, just under 6 hours from now.

Hey, thanks for your comment on my review of Assassination Vacation. I just saw it today. I have heard that Sarah Vowell puts together a good audiobook. I will have to check them out.

Hey Lynn,

We are always looking for new people to join fifty books.
If you are still interested, shoot Chris and email at clchilto@email.unc.edu
He is the guy who sets everything up.

I think we may be moving to Word Press this year, but I am not for sure.
